To process and control meteorological, solar radiation, upper air stations data and to provide methodological management to the national and local meteorological network
To improve software and data processing system and to utilize new technology related to the meteorology, climatologic, solar radiation, and upper air observations and proceeding
To create database climatic, solar radiation, upper air and to provide climate, solar radiation, upper air data and information, recommendation to users
To analyze climate time series over the Mongolia and to define the absolute criteria of the meteorological elements
To process climate reference, map, technical documents related to the climate, and standards of applied
